This home in Lost Creek sits on a hillside and presented many challenges. Steel retaining walls and terracing helps keep soil and planters in place, while also helping storm water slow down across the grade. A new pavilion was custom-designed to harness passive heating and cooling, create privacy, as well as a multi-functional, decorative wall that doubles as a projector screen for movies and sports.
